The juices you know are pasteurized, that is, they are processed by increasing their temperature to almost 90 degrees and then suddenly cooled. But... do you know what happens in that process? The juice loses properties, loses antioxidant power and loses nutritional value as vitamins degrade, such as Vitamin C and B, as well as other bioactive compounds. And not only that... the flavor, texture and color are also altered. They lose a lot, because they lose their essence!
